The penis is the male reproductive organ. It's a fleshy tube that extends from the pelvic region. The outside part of the phallus, called the tip, is very sensitive to touch and is involved in sexual pleasure. Inside the penis are three columns of cells called corpora cavernosa and one inner rod ca
